The duty on import of raw sugar to the Customs Union dropped to $171/MT in October 2026

The duty on import of raw sugar to the Eurasian Customs Union dropped to $171/MT in October 2026. The average monthly price for raw sugar at the ICE stock exchange was $404,07/MT in September 2026, respectively, the import duty in November 2026 will dropped to $140/MT.

Up to December 31, 2026, sugar imported into the Kazakhstan is exempted from import customs duty – for the total volume of not more than 100 thousand tons, Kyrgyzstan - no more than 20 thousand tons as well, for Armenia - no more than 20 thousand tons.
