According to data from the National Mercantile Exchange (JSC NME), as of November 19, 2025:
- In the Central Federal District (CFD), 1,792 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) declined by 350 rub/t (-0.73%) to 47,600 rub/t.
- In the Volga Federal District (VFD), no sugar sales were recorded. The index (RTSI) did not change and remained at 46,000 rub/t.
- In the Southern Federal District (SFD), 716 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) rose by 30 rub/t (0.06%) to 50,640 rub/t.
*The off-exchange sugar index for each federal district is calculated based on data provided by JSC NME regarding off-exchange sugar contracts under which deliveries originate from the respective federal districts of the Russian Federation. The index values are expressed in Russian rubles per ton.
