According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-April 2020, conducted by Sugar.Ru:
- import of sugar (HS code 1701) has made 577 MT (117.0% compared to the same period in 2019), export - 54560 MT (40.0% compared to the same period in 2019). For April 2020 import of sugar has made 121 MT, export - 9193 MT. . The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: France (24.7%), Denmark (15.9%), Mauritius (14.4%), Other countries (45.1%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Turkey (19.1%), Libya (14.2%), Lebanon (12.7%).
