According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-March 2021, conducted by Sugar.Ru, import of sugar (HS code 1701) has made 37602 MT (8246.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 2168 MT (5.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For March 2021 import of sugar has made 31438 MT, export - 108 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Poland (70.5%), Germany (8.8%), Lithuania (8.2%), Other countries (12.5%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Israel (43.9%), Germany (31.0%), Moldova (14.3%), Other countries (10.8%).
