According to data from the National Mercantile Exchange (JSC NME), as of October 23, 2025:
- In the Central Federal District (CFD), 1,059 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) increased by 1,096 rub/t (2.33%) to 48,185 rub/t.
- In the Volga Federal District (VFD), no sugar sales were recorded. The index (RTSI) did not change and remained at 47,133 rub/t.
- In the Southern Federal District (SFD), 300 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) fell by 200 rub/t (-0.4%) to 50,300 rub/t.
*The off-exchange sugar index for each federal district is calculated based on data provided by JSC NME regarding off-exchange sugar contracts under which deliveries originate from the respective federal districts of the Russian Federation. The index values are expressed in Russian rubles per ton.
