According to data from the National Mercantile Exchange (JSC NME), as of August 22, 2025:
- In the Central Federal District (CFD), 1,887 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) increased by 181 rub/t (0.36%) to 50,664 rub/t.
- In the Volga Federal District (VFD), 505 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) rose by 4,346 rub/t (9.41%) to 50,546 rub/t.
- In the Southern Federal District (SFD), 798 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) decreased by 181 rub/t (-0.35%) to 51,360 rub/t.
*The off-exchange sugar index for each federal district is calculated based on data provided by JSC NME regarding off-exchange sugar contracts under which deliveries originate from the respective federal districts of the Russian Federation. The index values are expressed in Russian rubles per ton.
