According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-June 2023, conducted by Sugar.Ru, import of sugar (HS code 1701) has made 935 MT (19.0% compared to the same period in 2022), export - 251175 MT (1790.0% compared to the same period in 2022). For June 2023 import of sugar has made 94 MT, export - 12530 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Poland (41.8%), France (31.9%), United Kingdom (4.5%), Other countries (21.9%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Romania (27.2%), Italy (11.9%), Bulgaria (10.8%), Other countries (50.1%).
