According to data from the National Mercantile Exchange (JSC NME), as of August 5, 2025:
- In the Central Federal District (CFD), 1,529 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) rose by 2,307 rub/t (4.78%) to 50,532 rub/t.
- In the Volga Federal District (VFD), 40 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) increased by 829 rub/t (1.61%) to 52,300 rub/t.
- In the Southern Federal District (SFD), 2,051 tons of sugar were sold. The index (RTSI) fell by 184 rub/t (-0.36%) to 50,889 rub/t.
*The off-exchange sugar index for each federal district is calculated based on data provided by JSC NME regarding off-exchange sugar contracts under which deliveries originate from the respective federal districts of the Russian Federation. The index values are expressed in Russian rubles per ton.
