According to data from the National Mercantile Exchange (JSC NME), as of August 8, 2025:
- In the Central Federal District (CFD), 113 tons of sugar were sold. The index (SUGAROTCCEN) increased by 561 rub/t (1.11%) to 50,904 rub/t.
- In the Volga Federal District (VFD), no sugar sales were recorded. The index (SUGAROTCVOL) did not change and remained at 55,300 rub/t.
- In the Southern Federal District (SFD), 2,326 tons of sugar were sold. The index (SUGAROTCSOU) declined by 327 rub/t (-0.64%) to 50,894 rub/t.
*The off-exchange sugar index for each federal district is calculated based on data provided by JSC NME regarding off-exchange sugar contracts under which deliveries originate from the respective federal districts of the Russian Federation. The index values are expressed in Russian rubles per ton.
