According to data from the National Mercantile Exchange (JSC NME), as of September 1, 2025:
- In the Central Federal District (CFD), 2,445 tons of sugar were sold. The index (SUGAROTCCEN) declined by 328 rub/t (-0.66%) to 49,610 rub/t.
- In the Volga Federal District (VFD), 236 tons of sugar were sold. The index (SUGAROTCVOL) climbed by 437 rub/t (0.85%) to 51,678 rub/t.
- In the Southern Federal District (SFD), 670 tons of sugar were sold. The index (SUGAROTCSOU) increased by 428 rub/t (0.86%) to 50,438 rub/t.
*The off-exchange sugar index for each federal district is calculated based on data provided by JSC NME regarding off-exchange sugar contracts under which deliveries originate from the respective federal districts of the Russian Federation. The index values are expressed in Russian rubles per ton.
